• Take the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of staff and
  customers.

• Identify and manage health and safety risks in the workplace.

• Implement emergency procedures, including entry and exit arrangements.

• Provide personal protective equipment and maintain safe working areas.

• Provide safe arrangements for the use, handling, storage and transport of
  substances.

• Provide staff with the necessary information, instruction, training and       
  supervision to ensure all staff are able to perform their work safely and    
  competently.

• Regularly monitoring and reviewing the management of health and safety at
  work, making any necessary changes and bringing those to the attention
  of all staff.
